Searching for more inspiration on how to move with more ‘flow’ and how to integrate more multi-directional movement within vinyasa yoga? Magnus’ background in physiotherapy and sports science as well as his extensive experience with different yoga styles offers you unique material to incorporate in your teaching.

In this Yogaground Academy you will devote two days to sequencing and develop the tools to evolve your skills of sequencing and working multi-directional movement within your classes.

Before the course you’ll be provided with video material to prepare you for training. During and after the course you’ll also get access to additional manuals and videos.

Magnus Ringberg has a background in movement and yoga and has taught all over the world. He’s a physiotherapist and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in sports science. Magnus combines the knowledge from today’s movement science and exercise physiology with the traditions of yoga.

This 12 hour workshop will be taught in English and is open to yoga teachers of all traditions, styles and levels.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of this training.
