Understand what to work on in your handstand practice. Unlock your abilities, surprise yourself and have fun! Do structured wrist, shoulder and wall walk exercises to properly warm-up your body. Drill down on the skills you need to start of your handstand journey.

How you move matters. Moving well requires strength, flexibility and of course, practice. This challenging but accessible Handstand Level-up Basecamp is open to all levels of ability. Last requirement is the ability to smile and have some fun! Turn that frown upside down.
