Hey Mamas, introducing you to our Mama Strong and Mama Flow classes, in this workshop we’ll focus on finding the right balance between strength and release of tension. You can expect a tailored low impact full body workout, with exercises to help prevent common pregnancy aches and pains. Feel strong as a mum, cultivating strength with the use of light weights, resistance bands and more.
Maggie helps you prepare for life as a new mum. Learn how to relax and release tension, with the use of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. Sink in and let go of any expectations. Featuring a calming sequence, controlled stretching and mindfulness to strengthen the connection between you and your baby.
Let Maggie help you navigate through pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. Be in tune with the changes in your body, mental and emotional state. Our combination of Mama classes will help you to truly understand the impact that the balance between strength and release of tension on the mind, body and soul through your journey of becoming a mum and beyond.
