This Basecamp introduces you to our Mama Strong classes, combining core techniques, breathing practices, strengthening exercises and some gentle moves and stretches. Let Maggie help you feel and understand your physical and physiological changes. You will feel empowered and confident while taking care of yourself during this transformation.
In this workshop you will be going through several breathing techniques, some gentle moves and stretches, work on your pelvic floor and deep core muscles and learn how to stay strong in your body and mind
This Basecamp is led by Maggie, who is an experienced yoga teacher as well as a certified, and experienced birth doula and childbirth educator.
