Your own breath can be a powerfull tool to boost your energy levels. Use your breathwork as a moment to reboot and reset. Get more focused and aware with a short alternate breathing practice.
Short alternate breathing practice
First, make yourself comfortable and get grounded. Then, take your right hand, fold your index and middle finger. On an inhale, use your thumb to block off the right nostril. As you exhale, close the left nostril with your ring finger, release your thumb and breathe out through the right nostril. Inhale through the right nostril. Block with the thumb, exhale through the left nostril. This is one cycle. So, keep the right nostril open, inhale, then close it with the thumb, and open and exhale slowly through the left. Keep the left nostril open, inhale, then close it with the ring fingers. Repeat 3 to 5 times, then revert to normal breathing.
