Mama STRONG – Designed for moms-to-be and new moms, this class empowers and supports your changing body through breathing techniques, strength exercises and functional (mama) core work. Learn the foundations of strength by using the Diaphragm, Pelvic Floor and Deep Core muscles.

Each and every class is designed safely and specifically for you mama and will increase your mindfulness for a stronger pregnancy and a faster postpartum recovery. Prepare for the incredible transformation into pregnancy, birth and beyond. We’ll keep you calm and grounded.

These classes are led by certified, trained + experienced Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga teacher (and mother of two) Maggie Bijl.
