Kickstart your day with a morning class
We’ve added more morning classes to our schedule to start bright and early! Set your alarm and prep your yoga bag the evening before. Get your day started early in the a.m and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee afterwards. Get started in the a.m! Not an early riser? Here are some tips.
Firstly, create a habit. Schedule your workouts like work meetings for the whole week. Let your colleagues know that is your time to exercise. While evening and morning workouts are both beneficial, morning workouts have the added benefit of knowing you already put in the work that day. So you can cross that off your to-do list!
Still need an extra push in the morning? Try to lay out your clothes and gym gear the night before. It takes away the obstacle of not knowing what to wear in the morning and ensures a quick(er) start of the day.
Last but not least, how about a workout buddy? Knowing your friend is waiting can be that extra push to get yourself moving! Get together into the Flow, try a Hot 26 Class or give it your all during a High Intensity Interval Training! It’s always more fun to move together.
