Work up a sweat and improve your strength, muscle tone and overall fitness level with high intensity classes in our bespoke HIT room. Available in our Veerhaven studio. Be sure to wear indoor training shoes and proper exercise attire for all these classes.

What kind of class do you feel like?

We teach our classes on different levels of intensity:

Low – These classes are great if you are either newer to yoga, or if you’re looking to relax at a slower pace.

Medium – More intense classes; you can expect a heated room or more challenging poses.

High – Get energized and sweaty while working your mind and muscles.

Extreme – These classes are challenging, working your whole body, offering a great workout.
