What kind of yoga do you feel like?

We teach our classes on different levels of intensity:

Low –  These classes are great if you are newer to yoga, or if you’re looking to relax at a slower pace.

Medium – More intense classes; you can expect a heated room or more challenging poses.

High – Our most challenging classes; get energized and sweaty while working your mind and muscles.
