Keeping things under control.
Lo-Fei started yoga to counter the effects of a fast-paced and irregular lifestyle, working long days and partying a lot. By doing yoga she regained her strength and vitality and learned that calmness in mind and body is attainable by practice. Yoga gives her a sense of calm and clarity that she applies in her everyday life. Besides teaching yoga she also works as a consultant on several projects in the field of Finance, Control and IT. She likes to dive in and get going.
She attended a variety of seminars, workshops and posture clinics to broaden her knowledge of yoga. She attended a Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Intensive with Bela Lipat and a Yin Yoga Teacher Training of De Nieuwe Yoga School.
Lo-Fei is a huge cat lover and likes to spend quality time with friends and family.
